Our program combines fun, fitness, and teamwork as cheerleaders support PAL Football and Basketball teams throughout the Fall and Winter seasons.

Open to Boys and Girls | Grades 2-8

More Than Game Day:
Cheerleaders don't just cheer at games—they become part of the larger Westport community! Highlights include:

• Leading our teams in the Westport Memorial Day Parade
•  Performing at PAL Night at the Paul Lane Stadium, Staples High School
• Cheering at the Westport Senior Center for the Super Bowl alongside the Staples High School Cheer squad
• Participating in off-season clinics focused on fitness, stunts, and dance

Two Age-Appropriate Squads:
We develop teams that meet cheerleaders where they are:
Junior Squad: Grades 2-4
Senior Squad: Grades 5-8

What to Expect:
- Practices are held once or twice weekly during each season
- Cheerleaders perform at home games, typically scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays
- Game schedules are announced at the start of each season
