TRYOUT SCHEDULE
Two tryout sessions per grade level
Players must attend both tryout sessions for their grade
All participants must register for tryouts by 5pm on Friday, Oct.3rd

Players must be residents of Westport or attend public school in Westport
The number of teams is based on the amount of players that try out. The program typically fields two teams at each grade level for both boys and girls, though this may vary from year to year.
SEASON INFORMATION
The number of teams is based on the amount of players that try out. The program typically fields two teams at each grade level for both boys and girls, though this may vary from year to year.
Teams will have two 90-minute practices per week. Practice days/times will be announced after rosters are determined.
Players must commit to both practice times each week without exception.
Teams will participate in both the Fairfield County Basketball League (FCBL) and Milford Knights Basketball League (MKBL). Teams will play approximately 20 regular season games (8-12 FCBL league games and 9 MKBL games), plus playoff games and one tournament.
The season runs from mid November through early March and follows the Westport Public Schools holiday and vacation schedule.
