WPAL Girls Lacrosse
Fall clinics are an ideal opportunity for your daughter to improve fundamental skills and advance her knowledge of the game, in a fun and structured learning environment led by PAL coaches, Cathy Schager, Kara Doyle and Kathy Drake, and others.
Open to all experience and ability levels. Girls will be grouped by age and skill level. Perfect opportunity for new players to learn fundamental skills before the Spring season!
Mondays - Gr 5-8 / Tuesdays - Gr 3-4, 5-6 / Thursdays - Gr 3-4, 7-8
These sessions will focus on fundamentals - catching, throwing, cradling, dodging, shooting, ground balls, 1 v 1 play - and scrimmage play, to advance skills and game IQ. For all experience and ability levels, including new players.
This program will emphasize continued fundamental stick work development, offensive & defensive strategies, draws, fast/slow breaks, transitions and team play. For all experience and ability levels, including new players. Note that Mondays are a 75-minute session, Thursdays are a 60-minute session.
