Join us for an exciting winter of track and fitness! Our youth athletic programs are designed to build confidence, improve fitness, and develop lifelong skills in young athletes—whether they're brand new to track or already running their hearts out.

PAL's indoor winter program introduces fundamental track and field events including sprints, hurdles, long jump, and distance running. Through fun coordination drills and age-appropriate exercises, athletes will build a strong foundation that carries over to all sports and activities.

Interested athletes will have opportunities to compete in regional track meets throughout the season.
