PAL Flag Football Program Details

House Flag Football – The House Flag Football Program is open to 1st- 8th-grade boys and girls. 
This NFL-based Flag program provides a fun and safe football experience with NFL team jerseys and flag sets that each player can keep and is guided by NFL Flag rules.  Play is divided into 1st/2nd grade, 3rd/4th grade, 5th/6th grade and 7th/8th grade.  PAL Commissioners will attempt to put rosters together based on schools.  Practice will be held once per week with a game on Saturday mornings, and the season will start the weekend of September 2nd.  Westport may participate with other towns such as Weston, Wilton and Fairfield.

Female Flag Football – The Female House Flag Football Program is open to 1st- 8th-grade girls.
