Location: PJ Romano Field, behind Saugatuck Elementary School

Open to boys and girls | Grades 1 - 5 | All levels of experience are welcome

Cost: $135.00 includes a Custom Cheer T-Shirt

Each athlete will need the following
Athletic clothing | Sneakers | Water bottle | Hair tied back | No Jewelry

Open to Boys and Girls | Grades: 2-8

Our Seasons include Fall and Winter.  We cheer for
PAL Football and Basketball programs.  Additionally, PAL will hold off-season clinics, focusing on fitness, stunts, and dance. 

We  lead our teams in the Memorial Day Parade,  cheer at the Westport Senior Center for the Super Bowl game with the Staples High Cheer squad, and perform for PAL night at the Paul Lane Stadium, Staples High School.

 The program emphasizes teamwork and fitness.  During the season we plan to develop two age-appropriate teams:

Bantam-Grades 2-5th | Junior-Grades 6-8

Practices are usually once a week.
Games are expected to be Saturday or Sunday, morning or afternoon for Football.  The Basketball games will be announced.

Our Program President/Coach is Gia Romeo, a Salve Regina University Cheer Captain Alumni, a former Coach at Gymnastics & Cheer Academy (GCA), and a PAL Cheerleading Alumni.
