Spring 2023 Track and Fitness Program
Open to Boys & Girls - Grades 2-8
All levels of experience are welcome
The Spring program will focus on fundamentals and provide training in all areas of the sport.
We will hope to build endurance, and increase agility, flexibility, power, and speed.
The season will begin March 20 and continue through May 25, 2023
Spring 2023 Specialized Workouts
Mondays will focus on General Fitness | Wednesdays will focus on Sprints and Jumps
Thursday will focus on Distance.
We recommend all athletes attend the general fitness workout and then choose
either the sprints or jumps session.

Time: 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm | Location: Staples High School Track
The schedule is subject to change should there be any conflict with
Staples High School Varsity programming.
